DownloadTray downloads the video the platform actually serves — TikTok, Instagram, X and YouTube. No account, no install. Quality and watermark status depend on the post.

How to Download TikTok Photo Posts and Slideshows

A TikTok photo post is a slideshow of images with a music track, not an MP4. That changes what a downloader can return, so the result card lists images instead of a video.

Copy the post link

  1. 1Open the photo post in TikTok.
  2. 2Tap Share, then Copy link.
  3. 3Paste it into DownloadTray and press Download.

Save each image

The result card lists every image as a separate JPG option. Save the ones you need one by one.

The audio track is offered separately when TikTok exposes it. It is meant for the slideshow, not for reuse in another video without permission.

Why there is no MP4

There is no video stream on the post to save. Some downloaders stitch the slideshow into a video, but that is a re-encode of the images, not the original file.

DownloadTray returns the images at the resolution TikTok serves and does not fabricate a video.

Frequently asked questions

Why do I only see JPG options?

Because the post is a photo post, not a video. Each image is a separate file.

Can I get the music as MP3?

When TikTok exposes a separate audio track, DownloadTray lists it as an audio option.

Can I save the whole slideshow at once?

Each image is its own option; save them one by one. The batch queue handles multiple posts, not multiple images inside one post.
